Aim
The aim of this project is to provide mathematics students / enthusiasts with unique tips and also mathematical proofs related to equations / formulas used in GCSE and A Level mathematics.
Philosophy: The scientific method or 'Nullius en verba'
You'll find that the philosophy here is the scientific method, or in Latin - 'nullius in verba' - which translates to 'take nobody's word for it'. We discover why the mathematical equations / formulas (used in GCSE and A Level mathematics) are true and how they can solve problems. We encourage students to perform experiments with equations / formulas - to see for themselves why they work. We promote scepticism, critical thinking, breaking problems down into parts and curiosity. We also believe it is perfectly OK to make mistakes whilst learning.
